What’s included in our End of Tenancy Cleaning

Kitchen
  • Deep oven cleaning: oven door, sides, back panel, control panel, bottom drawer, dip tank cleaning of racks and trays.
  • Cleaning the extractor fan & hood.
  • Fridge/Freezer: Remove all grime, mildew, and food splatters. Wipe the door handles, clean the rubber seal, and the top of the fridge/freezer.
  • Dishwasher: Remove mildew, grime, and food deposits, check filters, clean the soap dispenser drawer.
  • Washing machine and tumble dryer: Wipe down inside and outside, clean rubber seals and dispenser drawer, clean lint filters.
  • Microwave: Clean the inside and outside, rotating plate, and handle.
  • Clean inside and outside all cupboards, drawers, and handles.
  • Scrub, descale and wipe the sink. Clean and throw away any food debris, dirt, or around the sink drain.
  • Vacuum and mop the floors, polish the smooth surfaces.
  • NOTE: Fridges and freezers should be defrosted in advance.
Bathroom & Toilet
  • Bathtub, toilet, bidet, shower cubicles: Check and remove any hair around the drainage, remove all limescale, dry tiles after cleaning.
  • Mop and scrub the floor.
  • Clean all taps and fittings, remove limescale and wipe.
  • Clean the sink, vanity unit, and soap dispenser.
  • Wipe and dust the radiator and towel rail.
  • Clean and polish all mirrors and glass.
  • Wipe and clean the extractor fans from dust and dirt.
  • Clean the pipework and plumbing behind the toilet if accessible.
Living Room / Dining Room
  • Doors: Wipe the top of all doors and door frames, clean any door marks.
  • Windows: Clean windows from inside, wipe down window sills, and remove fingerprints.
  • Furniture: Wipe down tables and other smooth surfaces, hoover underneath sofa cushions.
  • Dust and wipe all the woodwork.
  • Dust vents and ceiling fans.
  • Remove cobwebs.
  • Clean any mirrors, pictures, and top of the picture frames.

  • Rugs and carpets: hoover.
  • Floor: hoover and mop.
  • Windows, window frames, and sills: clean internally.
  • Venetian blinds: hoover and wipe.
  • Curtains: hoover and dust curtain rail.
  • Mirrors and picture frames: clean and wipe.
  • Skirting boards: wipe and clean.
  • Doors, frames, handles: wipe and clean.
  • Light fixtures and lamp shades: clean and wipe.
  • Radiators: wipe externally.
  • Light switches and sockets: clean and polish.
